I bought a pickeled pastrami/ roast kolichel and I want to make in advance for Yom Tov with a sauce, that’s NOT SWEET. I’ve seen some of posts for pastrami roasts but none that have sauce that’s not sweet. Either says serve as is, or with a sweet sauce (I’m making for someone’s family, and they requested no sweet) I believe it comes in a bag meant to be cooked in
