I don't have a recipe but I have put raw rice in the bottom of a dutch oven covered by whatever amount of water the box/ bag called for, with some diced onion and peppers on top and then the chicken (dark meat, on the bone) seasoned and laid on top of all that (lid on). Baked at 350 until done (don't recall how long). Came out great; cooked a little uncovered at the end to crisp up the skin.
