Spice mix that I use for gyros (like little meatballs in a pita, I serve it with hummus, so it should work for a crumble):
1 lb ground beef
1/2-3/4 tsp each:
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sesame seeds
Coriander
Cumin
Allspice
Oregano
(If you have zaatar on hand, throw some of that in too)

I just made a really delicious one from the new BY cookbook. It has small mushrooms and onions chopped up in the meat mixture.
