It doesn't take one phone Call to get approved by kupath Ezra & tomchei shabbos. It's a process, they take your contact information & gather extensive info to make sure you really qualify. It can take a while.

It's not that Tomchei Shabbos will provide the money for the rent but the people in charge of Tomchei Shabbos would have connections and know who can assist the OP.
