Can someone please try to help me?
I have a tall plus size 5 year old daughter who is about a size 8. I cannot find her any shabbos dresses. I have ordered again and again from nordstrom, zara, gap, and I can't find a thing that fits her. Problem with alot of the styles are that the arms are extremely fitted and she can't stand the feel of tightness in her arms...I don't blame her! She looks best in a line style, or low waist, also she doesn't like wools or tough materials that itch. I am trully besides myself . I don't even go to stores as I'm not interested in hearing comments from other moms as to how she needs to lose weight. I know. I'm trying. It's not easy. Trust me. A 5 year old cant diet...She is so frustrated and she sees things don't fit her...can someone please provide me a link? I need to be able to return as well. Ty

Do you have any Jewish stores near you? My friend's daughter is exact same age and size and she did well at one of the local stores. She didn't want to spend a lot but had no choice

Yes there are stores, but I looked in stores, and none of this stuff would fit her. Most of the clothes are made for thin children Sad

Can you do sleeveless dresses with shell underneath? Or are the shell sleeves too tight also? If so, maybe sleeveless with cardigan?

I want her to fit in with everyone. Where I live, most kids do not wear sleeveless with shells.

Would this sort of thing work for her?
https://www.shirtstop.us/girls......html
A jumper maybe won’t cause the sleeve issues, and you could get her a shell with more stretch?
I think their customer service is nice and they’re good about returns

Do you mean ladies size 8? Search on Amazon for velvet dresses and get styles that r very short on model. This way u know it won't be too long for ur daughter.

I know someone with a "husky" son- he's probably not plus size but not "thin" and she really likes shirtstop. She said that the people in charge know her and they recommend styles that will look good on her son's built. If the price is ok for you I would suggest calling them up and asking for recommendations.

Sleeveless dresses can often look great with an open cardigan.
Primary sells many

If the simple a-line cut looks better, then a matching hue shell underneath can look great too. A fur collar can hide the places where the shell meets the dress.

Also try kalmodestwear.com
As long as you size up the dresses would probably be pretty flattering for her. I've bought my daughter a bunch of stuff from there and she loves them. Amazing prices and really comfortable material.

European brands won’t work well for her build. The children’s place has some very pretty a line dresses.
