After she’s done serve her lunch. That’s what I think makes sense.

oh a very divisive topic here.

Be a (female) mentch and ask her if she'd like lunch at the end of her morning with you.

Are you home when she is there?

I give a sandwich to go. Usually a fruit after 2 hours. She knows she can help herself to water whenever she needs.

I've been feedimg mine on demand, but thinking of putting her on a schedule - every 3 hours.

Maybe when she puts on a bit more weight and is less cranky.

Wait, are we talking about the cleaning help, or the infant here? Very Happy

She's an adult and a worker.
She eats when she wants, though I never had one asking me to be fed. She's not here to give me more work... In fact I've very rarely had someone eat during the job. They probably eat before or after.

I put water and cups out and tell her to take when she wants. I occasionally ask her if she wants a coffee with cake. she rarely accepts. I assume she eats before she comes and when she leaves. sometimes if I offer her whatever I’m making (fruit salad or pizza) she’ll accept.

I do not think you should give a full lunch to a part timer of only 4 hrs. If she sits down to a lunch it will eat up 15 min’s of your limited time. I say just offer a snack and a coffee or drink, that’s more than enough.

Offer coffee and water, and something small easy to eat somewhere halfway.

At end , or pack up to go a full lunch
