does anyone have a recipe for those wontons in garlic sauce they sell in Chinese restaurants?

I find that the hoisin garlic sauce (I think by Mikee) tastes like that garlic sauce (like from Kosher Chinese Express.)

I would love a good recipe for the gravy/sauce they give with their steamed wontons or Dim Sum.
