There's a nice one in the What's Cooking cookbook.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijonnaise
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp water
garlic powder, salt, pepper, to taste

There's another good dressing in Quick & Kosher.
https://www.joyofkosher.com/re.....alad/

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire or Soy Sauce
4-5 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt & black pepper, to taste

2 c mayo
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp water to thin (or more, or less)

Loosely remembered from Rorie Weisberg's recipe...

Anything else that is tried and true and simple ingredients, and not so sugary?

Anyone know how to get it to resemble Caesar Dressing they sell in fridge at kosher groceries?
