Hey everyone,
Desperately seeking short term rental for a yid who is in NY for medical treatments while recovering from an accident. We would like to find him a place in Kew Gardens Hills or nearby as he has family in the neighborhood.
Strong preference for no stairs, though one or two may be manageable. Studios, one bedrooms, sublets, room rental in someone's home - anything would be a help.
Looking to rent immediately, most likely for two or three months.
Alternately, if you know of a 2 bedroom apartment that's available (ground/first floor, preferably with a yard) there's a chance that a member of his mishpacha might take that and have him move in with her family.

You should look into basement apartment rentals since it’s for short term and they don’t have stairs.
Apartments in kgh are very expensive these days. Basements might be a little cheaper.

bein ish has apts in bp that they give for free for patients coming to ny for medical reasons short term. they also have apts next to colombia hosp for families to stay while patient is in hosp there
