I called the guy he wants 22-27 and most of his apartments are $2600! Did I mention he only has two bedroom apartments left.

Rents for 3 bedroom apartments in BP have been way over $2,000 for years already.
Why is this a surprise?
In the inferior CRIME RIDDEN neighborhoods all over Brooklyn you cant find an apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms for less than $2,000.
