Op, most stores are usually nice about this. Next refunded me an entire order because it never arrived and when it was miraculously found (it was the shippers fault) they didn’t recharge me but gifted me the entire order for the inconvenience.

Well, the non-Jewish stores all offer at least 28 days on full-priced items. For full cash or card refund. If you aren't happy with Zara, there are plenty of others to choose from, and no need to order online rather than going in-store...
