So it doesn’t fall into state of disrepair and hefty costs
I know clear gutters 3x annually
Service water heater before winter
Empty water in outdoor spouts and keave open before winter
Apply sealant to granite counters once a year.
How often do you patch up grout and silicone and bathrooms etc
How are you preventing mold and mildew in thd house (including ac units)
What else needs hands on being proactive?
