Any ideas on how to buy a house? No down payment right now. Would be able to scrape together a small one, but then the monthly mortgage may be too high of a dti to get approved. Can handle up to about 370k. Would love to buy a fixer upper or something like that in a start up near Monsey/Chestnut Ridge neighborhood. So unrealistic, but hard to watch prices rising everywhere and still renting.
