Lol I’m considered almost overweight but in reality I’m a size 2-4. I’m 5’1 and weigh between 127-130- fluctuates (before I got pregnant I was considered very very skinny and I weighed 120-125).
Doctor always said I had heavy bones

I'm 5"4 and 43 years old and when I watch my weight, I'm 143 pounds and feel great. Right now, I'm 146 pounds because of Sukkos but my goal is to go back to 143 which I can probably do but I find that I can't get lower than that no matter how careful I am (I also exercise regularly). If I manage to get to 140 I'd be really happy.
When I got married I was 120 pounds and size 4-6 - I'm now a size medium or 8-10.

If you're looking to save money on food, your ideal weight should be 83 pounds at 5'4". If you don't want to be accused of being anorexic just make a big show of eating two slices of apple and several teaspoons of oatmeal at every meal.
