I'm getting ready to install new flooring and I'm planning to go with white oak.
I'd like to either leave it natural or do a whitewash, and a matte finish.

Does anyone here have any experience with flooring products that you would/would not recommend to achieve the look I'm going for?

I'm considering either using either Rubio Monocoat or Loba Invisible 2k Protect.

Any feedback?

Have you used either? How long has it been since the job was done and how it is holding up?
