Scared! Just got a phone call from weird number

I live in a city where we go according to Eastern time and I just receive a phone call now at 2 o'clock a.m from a 153 number and just a few minutes ago got a phone call on my 2nd line from a 965 number. When I answered the phone it sounded like someone was dialing a number. The first call I thought was a mistake, but now with the second call I'm just scared and don't know what to think. Did anyone else just get a phone call from a weird number?

Why be scared? They were probably either mistakes or automated calls.

Cuz it's weird area code and then when answered the phone sounded like someone was dialing...and mistakes?!!!?!?!?! To both my phone lines.. if would be 1 line I'd think it's a mistake, but both lines and at this hour of the night???

I got it too. Was very weird. By me it was a different funny number.

There are scammers that call from China or the phillipines that call to see if they can help u with your computer, they try to get you to buy products from them to protect your comp. It soundsd like those area codes, Just hang up when they call.

ETA - Wow, thanks for posting. U calmed me down... I seriously started thinking that maybe Chas vsholom someone's after us. (Not that I have reason to but was just too scared).

Yes I got it after 2am this past night. Was wondering who's calling, strange phone number ... Was shocked to see post on Imamother about it. Thought I was the only one... Wouldn't be scared though.

Put the number into a google search and if it’s spam, it will come up there.

Ignore it. People get weird calls all the time. Block the number if you wish.

Same here. By me it was a 1666 number. I panicked when I heard the phone ring at 3am.

Thanks so much to each one of you for replying. I appreciate you all for your advice and for the ones saying they/their relatives also got the call. I b"H feel much calmer now. I barely slept this night because of those calls.
And to the poster that said I should google, I did google both those numbers right away, but google wasn't helpful. So....
