I was once in Gourmet Glatt on Erev Pesach and all the meat went on sale at a certain time (maybe 12:00?). Does anyone know if they do this every week or just yom tov? What about other stores? I'm not talking about weekly sales, I'm talking about a time when they would rather sell for a discount, even the expensive cuts.

Stores usually advertise on their special flyers that discounts is valid from this date at 12:00

Right, I’m talking about when it’s erev Shabbos and they want to sell out their stock so they announce everything is 25% off, for example. I’m wondering if it’s a weekly occurrence or just mazel.
