My kids are up most of the night. It seems like it's hardest for my baby whose 6 months. I thought she'll be the easiest.
Any tricks?
I'm keeping them up all day but they're still up half the night

I've been traveling internationally (7 time zones) since my baby was 4 months. She now 3. It's gotten much easier every time. I think the babies are just so confused. Old kids 'get it' at least

I got back from a different time zone the morning before school started. I gave them melochew (maxi health) for the first 2-3 nights. it cut down the jetlag dramatically as it helped them sleep through the night.
