Looking for a baby boy name that is modern but not super common. Maybe Israeli-ish. Some examples of names we discussed: Boaz, Gilad, Menashe, Gideon, Liam, Tamir, Yishai, Yedidya...

For some reason I have a much more difficult time coming up with good boy names than girls!

Dh is Michah. It is very uncommon

I like to look in the names index in the back of the Artscroll Tanach. Go to the referred location to ensure that you like the qualities of the personality discussed.

Note: Achinoam is usually a girl's name, after the character in Tanach. While it's very fashionable right now in Israel to make names unisex, I've never yet met a male Achinoam, and youd probably get some raised eyebrows among the religious.

Isn't Ta'ir a girls' name? The male name would be Yair. Which could also work, come to think of it.

Others: Yoshiyahu, Amiel, Tuvia, Brachya, Benaya, Calev, Dvir, Ido, Gil, Gilad, Dror, Shealtiel, Tuvia, Peretz, Tanchum, Uziel, Yuval, Yoram, Yotam... I'm just listing Israeli-ish and/or uncommon Tanach names off the top of my head, can't speak for if any of these are old-fashioned or "not used." Hope that helps.
