Can I make soup wiyh boneless skinless chicken thighs? That's all I have right now and don't think I'll be heading to the store that soon.

The bones and skin really add a lot. I guess you can still make soup but it might not have a strong flavor.
I think you can make “cream of chicken soup“ with boneless skinless chicken.

You can but the soup will have less flavor. Add extra vegetables to compensate.

And lots of extra spices, ie. Powdered chicken soup mix.
