I'm making Pretzel covered chicken cutlets for dinner tonight and while at it I'm making enough for tomorrow night as well (fried).
Is there a sauce I can put on it tomorrow to "freshen" it up and make it taste good Lekovod Shabbos ?
Any ideas?
The cutlets are already dipped in an egg, honey mustard mixture.

I would do more of the honey mustard maybe mixed with some mayo to thin it a bit.

Would you bread it and refrigerate it, then spray it and bake it fresh before the zman?

I was thinking of doing that. But I was trying to avoid the oil , frying mess . But maybe I'll just keep them breaded and not fried until tomorrow . Unless you have some great sauce idea.

You can bake it too. I have made Overtime Cooks pretzel chicken and baked it. Its super yummy.

I find that reheated chicken just never tastes nearly as good as fresh...why is that?
