I would love to join. Goal 20 lbs in next 10 weeks. Besides for weight I need to watch for my health. I'm having week of close simcha this week, so it will be difficult.

I wasn’t on this thread earlier but I recently lost tons of weight - personally my only motivation was that I was going to a nutritionist weekly and handing in a meal diary and being weighed. I didn’t want to admit to cheating on the diary nor did I want the scale to be the same as the previous week. Had I not gone I would not have had the willpower to see it thru to completion. If you’re having a hard time with self control I recommend going to a nutritionist it might help

I'm still at it. Whenever I want to give up cause I am not losing it is that day the scale drops. You can do it! Short term goals.
