If I want to make a casserole with veggies , tofu, etc. (would cheese also work?)
does someone know (I used to have it written down) about how many eggs per package of pasta I would use?
Thanks

Usually (tuna pasta) casseroles are made with cheese, cream and the like rather than eggs. And veggies.

For kugel I do 1 egg per 3 oz of noodles if that helps at all.
