Just in case no one else answers because it's late, I'll answer. The reason why I say that is because I never made that dish. Wrap it really well.

sesame noodles can be served cold or room temperature. don't know about the chicken, it IS dry. maybe save some of the marinade and warm it up in that

I make the noodles all the time.
Never made the chicken part though.
I usually just serve them cold or room temperature as a salad/side option or under a piece of salmon for first course.
Sorry don't have any advice as far as heating them up cuz I've never done it, but they're really good cold Smile
Good luck.

Does anyone have this recipe? I can't find my cookbooks. Just the sesame noodles. I'm desperate.

Here's the chicken in case anyone wants it too:

1/4 c, soy sauce
1/4 c, teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh ginger chopped or 1/4 tsp. dried ginger
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. sesame oil

In small bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hrs.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Heat sesame oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken in batches and saute 10 min or until done, adding drops of sesame oil as needed.
Remove from pan and cool slightly.
Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips; keep warm.
Serve chicken over sesame noodles.

I make the noodles all the time and serve cold.
I’d reheat it on a blech or over the crock pot so it warms but doesn’t dry out. Also cover it I think
