Can I leave one on in my baby's room overnight? I left the door open in case it gets too hot.

Please please make sure that there are no blankets, papers, etc. that are near or could be brought in by older children. Space heaters can be extremely dangerous. Don't even put it too close to walls.

The only safe heater is the radiator type oil heater. If it's an electric element type, DON'T! They are so dangerous, and should be taken off the market.
Definitely crack the door or window open a bit, and double check the room before you go to bed.
