Donations to Pittsburgh - info, NOT hashkafa

I have an unaffiliated friend who would like to make a donation to show solidarity with Pittsburgh and who asked me for advice because she's looking for something legitimate. Her concern is not halachic, she doesn't want some fraudulent site, and I'm sure there are some unscrupulous people taking advantage by now.
I do not want to start any kind of discussion whatsoever re halacha. However, I am looking for a place she can make her donation to without any halachic reservations, on my part.

I also tried to check out Chabad of Pittsburgh but couldn't open any links on the site. (Filter issues that I don't have time to override now.)
