Are you basing that on the widely debunked ADL study?

Are you actually citing Infowars? You mean, the guy who claims that Sandy Hook was actually fake, conducted by "crisis actors." Who harassed the parents of murdered children?
I won't open the link.

Many popular media outlets basically just summarized David Bernstein's analysis in Reason. To my knowledge, he's a law professor.

Read the Tablet article. It is not a debunking, it is a questioning because the incidents are self reported, but since they were self reported in 2016 too I fail to see it as that relevant, especially as the writer is a conservative law professor with titles like "Defending Individual Rights Against Progressive Reform" to his name.
I think "widely debunked" is grossly overstating.

The WSJ is just an op ed quoting Bernstien. Hardly an independent thought or study.

It was a great deal more than the self-reporting issue, but if you don't believe David Bernstein, who spent considerable time on the project, you're not going to believe me.
I take it his defense of individual rights overshadows his work on how labor regulation harmed African-Americans from Reconstruction until the New Deal? Or his work on expert witnesses? Just checking.
I can find no references to the ADL or others refuting his findings, however.
