I've never made turkey roulade before, and we have some in the freezer that I want to use up for Shabbos instead of chicken. I've made meat roulade before and it comes out delicious every time. I cook it on the stovetop with fried onion, sweet potato, spices, wine, soy sauce, and honey. Can I do the same thing with turkey roulade?
