Am looking for a nice poem to put in every guests room along with their welcome package. Something about how the simcha is only complete when shared with family and friends...
If u have any such kind of poem that u wudnt mind sharing, I would really appreciate it.
TIA

Please, please, no. Those verses are usually horribly tacky with forced rhymes and meter that limps worse than a three-legged mule with a herniated disk. Rather than giving an impression of sincere sentiment they give an impression of trying too hard to make an impression.
Far better to write a simple but sincere prose note saying exactly what you mean in your own honest “voice”.
Dear guests,
Welcome to Minneapolis and to Duvi’s Bar mitzvah! We are deeply honored/pleased/grateful to have you here. The participation of family and friends is what makes an occasion a true simcha; thank you for helping to make ours.
Please let us know what we can do to enhance your stay.
Shabbat shalom, Sophie and Eliakim
