If you use snow pads that melt the snow the ones connected to an outlet, and they work well, which one do you use? Do you still have to shovel snow, or it takes care of it completely?

The coils that are installed under the concrete, after breaking up the concrete and stairs, before repaving, and are connected to your electricity?

No, that's another option but more expensive and more work. I'm referring to these pads you place on the sidewalk and you plug it in to an outlet and it melts the snow that falls on top of it. I didn't know this existed until I read about it somewhere but it wasn't an advertisement so I would like to hear which brands worked best.
