Relatively small family, always fleishigs (too many people don't eat milchigs.) In the past, we've always done lots of good food buffet style. Usually something by everyone's place. Looking for a change.. any ideas? Even just a theme...

Eggrolls, maybe a chicken dish that is not fried. We like cashew chicken or chicken and broccoli. Lo Mein is good also a soup like hot and sour or egg drop is nice in the winter. Are you catering it or cooking the meal yourself? I like to look at restaurant menus and then find recipes to make my own version.

We did once pupu platters, was a huge hit.
You can do wontons, miniegg rolls, beef sticks, chicken sticks, naval pastrami... whatever you like.
