I am looking for recipes that I can prepare for my kids to take to school that are nut free, low cal and low fat. muffins, bars, cookies, etc. or even ideas for them to take to school besides for fruits/veg/popcorn/pretzels. tx all

High fat low carb is a better choice in my opinion. It will keep DC full and won't trigger cravings
