“Looking to find out if Qi gong” is connected to any negative source like Avoide Zoro etc. would like to know as a Frum Yid if it’s Kosher??
Would anyone be familiar with this kind of exercise?

I was told that it was ok. There are some exercises where they mention Buddha, but the source of QiGong is energy based which is not contrary to Torah.

It's a system of healthy energy movement - I enjoy it very much. I've never come across any association with avoda zara.
