Hi,
What can I do with a package of sliced, cold corned beef besides sandwiches? I have lots of ways to use/cook with sliced pastrami; are they interchangeable? Any ideas for a full dinner?

I do this with pastrami, but I'm sure corned beef will work as well. Sautee a large onion, add cubed deli along with 4 Tablespoons of ketchup, 3 Tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 Tablespoon of hot sauce. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve in a wrap/bagguette/bun ect.

I do with pastrami & honey glazed turkey deli roll. I do Orzo with sauteed pastrami & mushrooms.

I put it into a roll lined with mayonnaise. Then add coleslaw and pickles. It's delicious.
Another idea: saute onions, cut the corned beef into cubes and add that in, then throw in a raw egg and mix all together. Great taste too!
