Hi I’m making meat with apple cider vinegar. I barely ever used apple cider vinegar in the past. I just purchased a bottle and noticed brown pieces floating inside. Can I still use it? Is this normal for this kind of vinegar?

You probably bought apple cider vinegar 'with the mother'. Check the label if it says this. If it does, then the appearance is normal.
