My ground meat is still frozen and I need to make supper now!
Can I cook the meat to defrost it aka in a pan breaking it into chunks like a stir fry and then turn it into a meatloaf?
If I use already cooked meat to make a meatloaf will it work or fall apart?
Any suggestions for a meal using meat that was defrosted by cooking? 🙈

Put it in a frying pan, and as in cooks scrape off the cooked part, once it is all I'm peices add taco spice, for tacos. Or add tomato sauce and make it into meat sauce... I'm sure there are other options too... Good luck

Put it in a plastic bag and immerse in hot water. It'll thaw very quickly.

Sautee onions & garlic with veggies like peas & carrots, peppers, mushroom, baby corn, celery & turnips. When mostly sauteed add in the ground meat, crumble it with fork while stirring. Add spices. Add tomato sauce with sugar. Stir everything. Serve in a pita or with pasta.

If you have a microwave you can defrost in the microwave.
