I bought pre-seasoned, on skewers and vacuum packed. To me it looks like it's ready to be put in a sous vide but since I don't have one, any other tips how I can make this? I rather not grill if I don't have to.

Suspend over a 9x13, bake on at least 375

If you have a good broiler that doesn't smoke, you can remove from vacuum pack and broil a few minutes on each side. Otherwise do it on 500.
How do you like your meat, medium, well done?

medium well done is exactly how my dh likes it.

Probably 5 minutes on each side.
Be aware that you don't know the cut of meat and they may have used a tougher cut because they were counting on sou vide? You can call the butcher to ask.
