People I know. Yissacher is very popular amongst Chassidim (I.e. all of the Berel's and Berela's)

I actually should have tied Yissacher and Naftali and then followed that with Reuven and Asher because Yissacher and Naftali are much more common than the latter.

Me neither. And same to zevillin and gad. I think the most common in the chassidish world is Shimon, yehuda, naftali and Yosef.

Almost everyone named Berel, Berry, Berela, Berish in the Chassidish world is Yissachar Ber or Yissachar Dov.

Some famous ppl would be Beri Weber and the Belzer Rebbe.

I'm Lubavitch so the Berels I know are either Dovber or Shalom Dov Ber.

And my husband's family is brisker. So a lot of the Berels are Yosef Dov. Very Happy

I believe it’s #36 in the us for 2018. I thought that makes it pretty popular.

All but the last four are quite common in chassidish circles and even amongst those, Gad is the only one that I don't know someone with that name.

(Most Heshys are Naftali, there are plenty of Levi Yitzchoks, and Yissochor Dov Bers, Asher Anschel is pretty common too)

Beri weber is NOT yisachor dov. He cant be because he actually has a brother with the name Yisoscher, that's the only person I know with this name that calls himself like that with full name pronounced like spelled. I do know another person yisoscher dov who is called Sucher. Or Suchi.

By chassidim who name after rebbes you will hear many named
Levi yitzchok for tzehlimer rebbe ( also there was Levi Yitzchok mbardishev)
Klausenberger rebbe was Yekusiel Yehuda which many call themselves Zalman Leib or Zalmy or Leiby
Pupa rebbe was Yosef

Many naftali Tzvis call themselves Hershy.
Many yehudas are called Yiddy, yidel, or leiby.

In my close family.
I have a bil yehuda.
One bil is a nafatali.
One bil is an Asher
7 bear the the name yosef
4 people in fam are shimon.
3 pple in my family are Binyamin.

One cousin is Rueven but it's not so common.
I know one & only person who is Don. He's a popular figure but his name is not.
Don't know any Gad, zvulun.
