can anyone recommend a Rav in Detroit to go to for eitza (not halacha question) who is yeshivish, experienced with mental health issues and marriage issues? TIA

Rav Asher Eisenberger. His private number is in the WOL.
Also I think Rav Yudi Bakst and Rav Yisroel Menachem Levin also help with such things- or would at least know where to direct you.
In addition, Rabbi Shmuel Zimmerman runs NOAM Detroit out of the Vaad. His program focuses on shalom bayis promotion. http://cordetroit.com/noam/
