Don't know if this helps, but a relative of mine was told (by a mainstream, yeshivish Rav) that Simone (sin mem alef vav nun) is a feminine version (Aramaic?) of Shimon. I have heard of Leviah (lioness) - could be for yehuda.

Birchos yaakov we say Naftali Ayala Shelucha. So Ayala or Ayelet is perfect.
Dan has the same shoresh as Dina- also a sister.

Atara is crowned. Yehuda got crowned with malchus.
Mom's of shevatim Rochel, Leah, Bilah, Zilpah
Maybe you can twist around same sounding names like Binah instead of Benny.
Instead of Shimmy you can say Simi.
I know someone Shimrit who calls herself Shimi.
Goldy instead of Gadi.
