Where can I buy, rent or custom make a size 26 mother of the bride wedding gown, in Lakewood or BP? I am making a wedding in 3 weeks, and the largest size I've found till now is a 22.
Signed,
Desperate

Mazel Tov!!
If you go to the fabric stores in bp and choose fabric they can tell you who can sew for you.
There's someone on 18 ave in the fifties that does custom from her home. I did well there but it was super expensive. (3000)
I've also just bought a really elegant top in a 3x that ran really full that I can alter (tznius reasons) and sew a long skirt .
Hatzlacha. It's not easy.

Pretty late. Most places need more time to sew up mechetenista dresses

I'm sure it can.
But with Thanksgiving and Chanukah both in that 3-week period, the OP really does have to know that this is "do it NOW and pay whatever they ask" time, not "think about it and shop around and negotiate some prices" time.

I'd advise against online at this point.
If the gown doesn't work out, its going to put OP another several days behind -- she won't receive the dress until Wednesday or Friday at the earliest. Then she would only have 2 weeks left.

Augenbraun and Bridal Direct and I'm sure other rentals will make a custom dress for you at an increased cost. I don't know how much time they require.

I wasn't trying to be mean. I hear from people that the places that do it, require a min of 3 months. At this point if you can get something ready from someone else second hand. Good luck! I'm sure you won't go with a nightgown to wedding, but I hope you get something befitting & what you like!

Average is a few weeks not three months - at least wherever I have gone

I do Know that it is a "do it now" time which is why I asked if anyone has a lead for me. Like I mentioned in my post, I havent been able to find something that fits me.

I don't know any contact info but I think Halberstam in Boro Park will do it right away for an extra fee. Let me know if you want the number or maybe someone else here know it.

Impact fashion nyc makes beautiful custom dresses and gowns. I don't know how long she takes though.

My orders have taken over a month and a few have needed additional alterations even though it’s customized. It’s great for future purchases but I don’t think you’d get it in time for the wedding.

I agree that Halberstam will still do it for you.
You can also try Pessy Miller Rentals. She does sales and rentals.

Ok, this might be a bit controversial BUT I got my WEDDING dress from an online modest muslim bride site. I had a VERY short engagement period (less than six weeks). Yes, for custom sizing it is a bit late BUT in my case, I chose non-custom sizing and then got it altered to fit last minute. If I can do that for a wedding dress, I think you could risk it for mother of the bride! Hatzlacha.

All the styles that you are showing from eshkati seem like waisted fitted dresses that would probably work for skinny shaped people.
Someone did mention on this thread that she has elegant large size dresses in her house, maybe OP can rent one of them.
