A toddler who is pretty much eating everything and still nurses regularly.. does he need cow's milk? Or is my milk enough?
He drinks water during meals.

Make sure to give a vitamin D supplement. Other than that it's fine.

No. If cows milk is healthy for your baby, how much more so is human milk?
Think about it logically.

I would offer some so develops a taste for it (for once you wean) Perhaps in cereal? Or if eating a cookie (which to me begs for milk)?

Of course not. Cow's milk is not great for most people. Definitely not something you need to push.
