We live in Israel, made a short trip to America with just our 14 month old. I got her basically back to schedule: 2 hr or less nap in the morning at the babysitter and then bed by 7... but she keeps waking up in the 4s and 5s wide awake. Please give me some ideas cuz I'm going out of my mind!!!
Also while on the topic of 4 am, a lot of times she wakes up with huge wet diapers. I change her right before I give her her last bottle when I'm putting her to sleep. Any ideas how to prevent that??
