I am making two Chanukah parties, one for my immediate family and one including extended family.
One will be dairy. One will be meaty.
I am thinking for the meat one, crispy latkes, some sort of grazing platter....but that’s as far as my brain is going right now.
As far as the dairy... penne ala vodka...salad, soup?
What are your menu plans? Looking for something more original perhaps.
