I just bit the bullet for two new wigs and both did not turn out as described at all. No refunds, exchanges, or help to fix

I got a full exchange. I have heard of that a few times.
Mine had many problems knotting. Then losing hair. Then knotting even worse (glue spilled into the hair when they fixed a different issue). After a year of back and forth I was given a new one.

I did because the custom wig I had made to fit my head didn’t fit, I stopped the check for my payment and she took me to court (not beit din!) and she lost! Don’t ever pay cash.

yes. simi fromowitz of monsey fully backed my wig when I wasmiserable with it. 8m sure she took a loss because the company is know for good wigs generally and awful service . she totally let me choose a new wig.

I got a full refund for a Chevy wig, it was horrible and frizzy.
My sister got a replacement for a Kiki, also because it was always frizzy.
I only buy a wig from someone who promises to stand behind it.
