What about the expense of a 2nd car, and more food with all the company, and how does it not cost more to clean with more hosting, so much more square footage, many more bathrooms furniture fixtures not to mention all the outdoor space... coming from matchbox apartments in Bp where ppl hardly ever even clean outside?

I also live in the area and love it!!!!!
There are many different neighborhoods in Toms River- chassidish, litvish, younger, retired, heimish.....
some areas are more simple and some are more upscale.
the majority do have an eruv but NOT all areas.
It depends on what type of life style you are looking for and what your budget is.
The cancer thing was NOT in the frum area, it was close to route 37. No issue here.
