For my sons bar Mitzvah, we designed our own invites - 2 versions. Those that are invited to a Shabbos Kiddush and those that are invited to Kiddush + Meal.
I just got them and see that we accidentally left the RSVP line from the Kiddush + Meal version on the other just Kiddush version. There is really no need to RSVP to a Kiddush.
Is it awkward or weird? Should I order new ones without the RSVP line?

I'm just an anonymous lady on the internet but I think it's fine. No one reads in that much detail, and if they rsvp it doesn't actually matter, and probably most won't anyway.

I think ppl will assume they are invited for the meal if there’s an rsvp.

How would they even know there was a meal? Or when it was, or where it was?

Does the RSVP line specifically say there is a meal?
If not, you're fine

I agree with this. There are going to be some confused about this. Not the biggest deal and you could just send them out, just know that for some RSVP means meal invite.

I would just assume they wanted to guarantee me enough food at the Kiddush...
