What do you and your husband take to work for lunch? I'm trying to lose wait and my husband needs serious carbs. For some reason I'm at a total loss. All ideas are very welcome Hug

For snacks I usually bring fruit like grapes, oranges, apples. I cut up veggies like cucumbers and grape tomatoes with hummus.

For lunch I usually do dinner leftovers.

How do you keep the bagel from getting too hard in the fridge?
Do you use fresh bagels each day?

Op, I love roasted chickpeas, tuna on ww bread, Israeli salad with hummus, sushi salad (I make it), salmon.

I bought disposable containers on Amazon. I fill it with supper leftovers or quinoa or vulgar salad.
