I want to make this sufganiyot recipe: https://www.kosher.com/recipe/sufganiyot-4385 but it calls for fresh yeast, I only use the dry, instant kind. Should I use the same amount? Will the recipe even work? Thanks!

1 ounce fresh yeast is equivalent to 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast.
