At the ifly in my area the suits are so tight that you see every crevice and part on the body. I saw it at a different location as well.

That wouldn’t help since the wind blows so strong. You can google pictures of I fly and see. It’s not really a padded piece.

Wearing a skirt would be useless tznius-wise, and probably a safety issue.
